VALUATION CARRIED OUT AT YOUR HOME OR WORK PLACE:

If it is not convenient for you to call into our office. You can always request us to call to you at your home or work place. At a time that's suitable to you we will call out, bringing with us all the equipment we need. This is an Ideal solution if you have large collection of Jewellery that would be difficult to transport all at once. However we are willing to call out to do Valuations of any size.

Appointment are available seven day's a week, and at evening if necessary if you need on Urgent appointment we can accommodate that at no extra charge. Your valuation report will then be sent on within three days. "VALUATIONS AT YOUR PLACE".

• On the first Rs. 5,00,000 of the asset as valued 1/2 percent of the value
• On the next Rs.10 lakhs of the asset as valued 1/5 percent of the value
• On the next Rs. 40 lakhs of the asset as valued 1/10 per cent of the value
• On the balance of the asset as valued 1/20 per cent of the value

(2) Where two or more assets are required to be valued by a registered valuer at the instance of an assessee, all such assets shall be deemed to constitute a single asset for the purposes of calculating the fees payable to such registered valuer.

(3) Where the amount of fees calculated in accordance with sub-rules (1) and (2) is less than Rs. 500, the registered valuer may charge Rs. 500 as his fees.)

The above fees are based on work carried out in the VOC office. Valuation fees Calculated as per government guildlines and as per government guide lines only.

Charging in this way is a most ethical method. VOC can clearly demonstrate that they are totally disconnected from the value placed on your Jewellery & Ornaments. You can be assured that the ascribed values are unblessed and totally independent.

• All fees are calculated on a basis of the Guidelines issued by the GOVT OF INDIA.
